Blends
The term speaks for itself but the results are what matter most. South Chatham Coffee's Roastmaster has used his years of experience to produce our blends. Different mixtures of beans from different soils, and parts of the world, produce distinctive tastes. With so many pallets to satisfy, our offerings seem to do the job.

Varietals
The term is used for the coffee that comes from a geographical region. A Sumatra, Kenya, Costa Rica or a Java are all varietals. As with wine...the soil, climate and cultivation methods affect the taste of your coffee. The term 'varietal' is actually a misnomer, since all Arabica coffee plants are basically of the same species, unlike wine grapes, which come from different species of grape vines. South Chatham Coffee has chosen a broad selection of varietals that encompass many regions and will satisfy many different taste buds.
